Currently, we're seeking a strategic, dynamic Senior Customer Success Manager (internally known as 'Brand Strategist') to drive success for our expanding portfolio of brand clients.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll collaborate closely with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Digital Marketing Managers, and key stakeholders from brands ranging from household names to new and emerging concepts in order to conceive and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies. Utilizing our advanced proprietary platform, you'll lead in problem-solving, continually adapting your recommendations to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with brand clients to develop and co-create data-driven, customized digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and objectives.
- Perform comprehensive Account Reviews to deliver in-depth insights on campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to highlight key trends, metrics, and provide strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Lead the full onboarding and platform integration process for new brands, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their ability to utilize the Eulerity platform for optimal marketing performance.
- Proactively identify and drive upsell opportunities by recommending new products and features that are aligned with each brand's specific KPIs and business needs.
- Educate brand partners on advanced digital marketing methodologies, offering thought leadership on best practices while showcasing how Eulerity's platform can strategically enhance their marketing efforts and overall business outcomes.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $75,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience.
