We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role will focus on enabling and supporting our partners by driving sales enablement, optimizing partner operations, and ensuring the technical success of our ISV ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in partner programs, sales enablement, and technical ISV engagement. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to drive mutual success.

This position will be hybrid based out of our Atlanta, GA office. Occasional travel may be required.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in partner programs, sales enablement, and technical ISV engagement. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support needed to drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner success strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and growth within our ISV and channel partner ecosystem.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives, including training sessions, content development, and knowledge-sharing programs to empower partners.
- Manage partner onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and activation of new ISVs and resellers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner strategies with company objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency within the partner ecosystem by optimizing processes, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Lead partner field marketing initiatives to support joint campaigns, events, and demand generation efforts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate technical integrations, go-to-market strategies, and co-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in partner success, sales enablement, partner operations, or a related role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of ISV ecosystems, SaaS business models, and partner programs.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, including training, content development, and partner engagement strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand software integrations and cloud-based solutions.
- Background in public sector engagement and familiarity with government contracting vehicles.
