The Opportunity:
The Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in the sales process, helping prospective clients understand the value of Euna Payments platform. You will partner closely with sales and account teams to conduct high-impact product demonstrations, lead technical discovery sessions, and craft tailored solutions that align with client needs.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise and communication skills to showcase how Euna Payments can solve complex challenges for government agencies and utilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations that highlight Euna Payment’s capabilities in a way that resonates with government.
- Work closely with sales account executives to develop strategies for engaging prospects and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover prospect pain points, business requirements, and integration needs.
- Collaborate with prospects to design customized solutions, mapping their needs to Euna Payments platform features and functionality.
- Address technical objections and reduce friction in the sales process by clearly explaining system architecture, security, and integration options.
- Assist in developing proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and RFP responses, ensuring alignment between client expectations and Euna Payments capabilities.
- Set up custom demo environments and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to showcase how Euna Payments solutions will be implemented integrate with existing client systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with IT teams, business leaders, and payment stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on client interactions to help shape future enhancements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to provide strategic insights to prospects and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales Consulting role, ideally in a SaaS, government technology, or payments environment.
- Strong ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design for enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based software, APIs, system integrations, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and effectively address prospect concerns.
- Experience in public sector technology, payments, or enterprise SaaS sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client meetings, conferences, and sales engagements.
Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.
