Customer Service Representative II (Part Time)
The Customer Service Representative will work 24 hours per week at the USAccess Credentialing Centers located in designated space of the main lobby in the facility. The Registrar shall be directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all tasks under this effort.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the Local Site Manager or liaison with the assigned Local Site Manager
- Manage throughput to ensure adherence to established performance standards.
- Provide quality customer care activities.
- Ensure adherence to the established policies and procedures.
- Perform the enrollment, issuance, and activation of the PIV credentials.
- Perform schedule management.
- Capture quality biometrics.
- Perform document validation.
- Efficiently organize and secure PIV credentials
- Follow established procedures to adjust operating schedule due to planned or unscheduled events.
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and able to push a mail cart or hand truck.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
