Job Description: As a RollPros Blackbird Operator at Euphoric Life, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the RollPros Blackbird machine. The RollPros Blackbird is an advanced preroll-making machine designed to produce high-quality prerolls efficiently and consistently. This role is essential in ensuring the high-quality production of our products. The successful candidate will possess excellent mechanical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the RollPros Blackbird machine according to established procedures and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Document and report any issues or discrepancies related to machine operation and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating the RollPros Blackbird machine or similar equipment.
• Technical certification or training in mechanical or industrial technology.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
