Position: Junior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)
Salary: INR 10,000 – 20,000 per month
Location: Kozhikode On-site (as per company policy)
Experience: 0–2 years

Job ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development:

• Develop user-friendly and responsive interfaces using React.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
• Utilize state management tools like Redux or Context API.

Backend Development:

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and server-side logic.

Database Management:

• Design and manage MongoDB databases efficiently.
• Perform CRUD operations and optimize database queries.

Collaboration & Growth:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best development practices.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Express.js for backend development.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
