What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Assistant Women's Soccer Coach position at Eureka College?
He/she shall assist the Head Coach with coaching, teaching and recruiting responsibilities and in any other capacity the Head Coach deems appropriate. These tasks include but are not limited to:
- The Assistant Coach shall aid the Head Coach in the recruitment and retention of quality athletes.
- The Assistant Coach shall support the efforts of the Head Coach to maximize the effectiveness of practice sessions.
- Assisting with game and event scheduling with opponents.
- Assisting with game day operations such as transportation and preparation.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Women’s Soccer Coach.
