Housekeeper

JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeper will clean assigned leasing office, vacated units, and corporate apartments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Organize and maintain leasing office and common areas.
• Sanitize and clean leasing office, recently vacated units, and corporate apartments.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, wipe windows, and empty trash.
• Report items requiring maintenance.
• Provide basic maintenance services as directed.
• Maintain polite and respectful communication via in person, phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
• Perform other duties assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Housekeeping experience
• Ability to perform well in a team environment.
• Ability to correctly follow instructions as provided.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under close supervision.
