JOB SUMMARY:
The Housekeeper will clean assigned leasing office, vacated units, and corporate apartments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Organize and maintain leasing office and common areas.
- Sanitize and clean leasing office, recently vacated units, and corporate apartments.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, wipe windows, and empty trash.
- Report items requiring maintenance.
- Provide basic maintenance services as directed.
- Maintain polite and respectful communication via in person, phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Perform other duties assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Housekeeping experience
- Ability to perform well in a team environment.
- Ability to correctly follow instructions as provided.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under close supervision.
