The Leasing Manager for our Market Division is responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, and managing a team of Leasing Agents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Leasing Agents, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations
- Oversee the entire leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Monitor and analyze market trends to establish competitive rental rates and optimize property performance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
- Manage and resolve tenant concerns, maintaining positive relationships with current residents
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure the property's overall quality and appeal
- Conduct regular property tours and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Prepare and analyze reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and financial performance
