What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Tech position at Eureka Springs Hospital Commission?
Preparing patients and performing routine diagnostic procedures upon order of a physician.
Performing special procedures only under the direct supervision of the Radiologist or attending physician.
Preparing Contrast Media for use in diagnostic procedures.
Processing exam images.
Entering and maintaining patient records.
Cleaning and maintenance of imaging equipment.
Works with other department supervisors in developing and maintaining proper work flow between departments.
Maintains hospital policies as prescribed by the Board of Governors, Medical Staff, and Administration.
Assists in maintaining adequate inventory of departmental supplies.
Maintains operating the department within budget guidelines.
Works with administration to insure that Radiology Personnel maintains a high level of morale, motivation, and continued respect for the Hospital.
Maintains proper Radiology License through the ARRT and the State of Arkansas along with CPR Certification.,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
