What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at Eureka & The Brook?
- Reports directly to the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager.
- Requires dependable, punctual attendance, willingness to work Holidays and flexible days or hours
according to business demands. - Requires the “teamwork attitude” and willingness to assist Management and co-workers as needed.
- The ability to perform the following Food Runner / Server Assistant tasks per the Food and Beverage
- Departmental SOPs:
Greet the Guest with a smile and in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Assist the Food and Beverage Servers and/or Casino Staff by organizing the order tickets and delivering food and/or drink orders to the guests.
Ensure that all the dressings, garnishes and other condiments correctly accompany the respective food and beverage orders.
Assist the Food Server by refilling water and/or other non-alcoholic beverages and
water.
Clear, clean and sanitize tables, being mindful of not interrupting or interfering with
the Guest’s dining experience.
Complete all Server Assistant stocking & side-work as described during the Training process.
Assist the Restaurant Hosts in seating the Guests (if needed).
Keep work area clean and organized in compliance with NH Health Department, OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) regulations and F&B Departmental SOPs.
All other duties as assigned by Management.
