Job Summary
1000 Signing Bonus ($1500 Signing Bonus for Bilingual Employees)
50% of the bonus will paid after 30 days of employment and remaining 50% at the completion of the 6-month probationary period.

THE POSITION
Eureka Union School District is hiring a Special Education Paraeducator district-wide to work 30hrs per week under the supervision of the special and general education staff. An example of duties are :
Following training by, and under supervision of a credentialed school nurse, provides specialized physical health care procedures such as catheterization, blood glucose monitoring, tracheostomy, suctioning, gastrostomy tube feeding, breathing treatment via nebulizer, etc. to specific students.
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following :
1. Pass the Paraprofessional Proficiency test
3. Possess an AA Degree or higher; or
4. Have passed the CBEST.
Licenses, Certifications and / or Testing Required and Other Requirements :
Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance. Tuberculosis Clearance. First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
