Job Summary
Working as a Director of Catering for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! Key Responsibilities:
- Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service
- Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event
- Maintains excellent client relationships
- Works with the Chef in creating menus
- AS degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
- High End Catering experience in a Business & Industry (corporate) setting is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills
