Job Summary
We are NOW HIRING an experienced Chef Manager to join our corporate dining culinary team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company. We are seeking a growth minded Chef Manager committed to quality operations, each and every day. In this role you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation. As a Chef Manager, you are a pivotal member impacting both front of house and back of house operations. Please note, our Chef Manager MUST be comfortable both in the kitchen and on the floor, interacting with the client & employees, each and every day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the culinary leadership team culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
- Possesses a passion for sustainability, quality cuisine, and exceptional guest service
