Job Title: Office Manager

Reporting To: Group Office Manager

Location: North Baltimore, OH

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.

A division of the Euro Auctions Group, Yoder and Frey have been conducting auctions of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, and agricultural machinery since 1964 with sites based in Florida, Ohio, Texas and Georgia.

The Office Manager oversees daily operations across four office locations, ensuring efficient support and coordination with headquarters. This role includes managing resources, handling reporting, and maintaining alignment with company policies, requiring strong organization and multitasking skills.

Key Activities:

  • Manage daily operations, supplies, and facility needs across three locations.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate schedules and resources for teams.
  • Prepare reports, maintain compliance, and serve as the liaison with headquarters.
  • Oversee office budgets, track expenses, and manage basic accounts tasks like invoicing and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services and ensure facility upkeep across all sites.

The Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum 4-years office management experience.
  • Customer driven with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Highly commercial, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage own workload.
  • Previous experience with lien checks and titles.
  • Motivated and deadline driven with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
  • Reliable with desire to exceed expectations.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in the auction industry in an advantage.

Please note - the successful candidate will need to travel to headquarters for training.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
