Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring special attention or repair.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Assist with custodial duties within the facility as required to maintain a clean environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and detailing products is advantageous.
- Ability to operate buffing machines and other detailing equipment safely and effectively.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
