We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the facility, including hallways, stairwells, restrooms and client vehicles.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as buffing, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean and dust surfaces, including furniture and equipment.
- Assist with special projects such as residential painting, commercial cleaning, and industrial cleaning.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility's exterior, including parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with other custodial staff to ensure a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Service Porter or in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with others in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

- Experience with porter or custodial duties.
- Knowledge of buffing and floor care techniques.
- Ability to maintain facilities and equipment.
- Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• 8 hour shift
