Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and passionate trainer for our Soccer Training School.

Duties

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments to determine clients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
• Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to ensure effective workouts.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maintain motivation and effectiveness.
• Offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement fitness routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes client engagement and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new training techniques, and certifications to enhance professional development.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition principles.
• Experience in childcare or working with children in a gym setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with various sports such as basketball, cheerleading, judo, or martial arts is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Proficient in behavior management techniques to effectively address client needs.
• Ability to adapt training methods for individuals with varying fitness levels or special needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

• After school
• Weekends as needed
