Qualifications
The Ideal candidate is assertive, proactive, persuasive, and performance-driven.
Minimum 3 years of successful consultative sales experience.
Strong closer in short sales cycle.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Must be self-starter and highly motivated
Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
Education/Training or (equivalent) H.S Degree or College Degree; Certification/License; Successful sales experience may be substituted for the academic credential
Responsibilities
This talented sales consultant will also be responsible for building successful engaging relationships with new and existing guests and fellow team members.
It is your responsibility to WOW the guest, build relationships, and sell the value of our services.
Excelling within a strong sales environment is essential to this role.
Learns the treatments provided in a medical spa center
Sells and closes on the value of our services to guests during the initial consultation drives to meet and or exceed department goals daily.
Follows up with previous guest to renew interest
Responsible for making outside calls to generate guests through community marketing
Ensures all guest's questions and concerns are addressed professionally
Maintain relationships with current and previous guests

Pay: From $37,947.88 per year
