Position Overview: As an Outside Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Euro-Wall’s presence in the Sarasota/Tampa market. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, and other key players in the construction and design industries. If you are passionate about sales, business development, and the construction industry, this is your opportunity to thrive in a growing and dynamic company.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Expand market share by fostering new relationships and managing current partnerships with dealers and customers.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive new business and exceed sales goals by implementing tailored sales plans for the Sarasota/Tampa area.
- Build Strong Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing support and being the primary point of contact for all inquiries.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams such as technical support, customer service, and marketing to ensure client needs are met.
- Product Expertise & Training: Educate clients and dealer partners on Euro-Wall’s product offerings and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development, ideally within construction, building materials, or architecture.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive market growth.
- Established network within the Sarasota/Tampa building materials, construction, and design industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
