Your Role as an Outside Sales and Business Development Representative:
As an Outside Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Euro-Wall’s presence in the Sarasota/Tampa market. This position requires strong sales skills, relationship-building expertise, and market knowledge. You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive Sales Growth
Expand market share by fostering new relationships and managing current partnerships with dealers and customers.
Achieve and exceed sales goals by implementing tailored sales plans.
🔹 Business Development & Strategy
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and design industries.
Execute sales strategies specific to the Sarasota/Tampa area.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service and support.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and dealer partners.
🔹 Collaboration & Expertise
Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, customer service, and marketing, to meet client needs.
Stay informed on Euro-Wall’s products and industry trends to provide expert insights.
What You Need to Succeed:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development, ideally in construction, building materials, or architecture.
Established network within the Tampa/Naples building materials, construction, and design industries.
