Your Role as a Parts Fulfillment Specialist:
As a Parts Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that Euro-Wall’s dealer network and end users receive the parts they need, accurately and on time. Your role will involve processing orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Order Processing & Tracking
- Process warranty and non-warranty part requests efficiently and accurately
- Work with the department manager to implement tracking systems and ensure timely deliveries
- Keep parts request logs updated to support reporting and quality control efforts
🔹 Inventory & Reporting
- Generate reports on part fulfillment metrics and recommend process improvements
- Assess warranty claims and coordinate resolutions with engineering, production, and field service teams
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable for accurate billing and cost management
🔹 Customer & Internal Communication
- Communicate promptly and professionally with end users, dealers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all customer interactions align with Euro-Wall’s commitment to excellence
What You Need to Succeed:
âś” Experience: Customer service experience (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)âś” Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilitiesâś” Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and ERP platformsâś” Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple prioritiesâś” Bonus: Prior experience in inventory or parts fulfillment is a plus, but not required
