Your Role

As a Service Technician, you’ll inspect, repair, and adjust Euro-Wall’s high-performance windows and doors at customer locations. You’ll diagnose product issues, create efficient resolution plans, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and repair windows, doors, and related products in residential and commercial settings.
• Analyze customer concerns, determine corrective actions, and confirm resolution.
• Travel daily to customer locations, primarily within Florida. Overnight travel may last up to a week and may occasionally require air travel (a clear background and comfort with flying are essential).
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers about issues and actions taken.
• Stay updated on product installation techniques and contribute to technical updates.
• Accurately complete and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Euro-Wall with excellence.

Requirements

• Valid, insurable driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Basic math, computer, and construction skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Two or more years of window installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 175 lbs. (some products weigh up to 1,600 lbs.; team members and equipment like lulls may assist).
• Physical ability to work with heavy products and safely operate lifting equipment as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday. Workdays start at 6:00 AM unless directed otherwise.
• Schedule and travel depend on priority and location. Overnight stays, including weekly trips to areas like Florida’s Panhandle every 6–8 weeks, are part of the role.
• Most travel allows technicians to return home nightly, but flexibility is required.
