Marketing Specialist/Manager

We are looking for a marketing professional to join our marketing department to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

As a marketing specialist/manager, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

This is a remote position however candidates that are located within commutable distance from Liverpool-NY, Raleigh-NC or East Windsor-NJ are highly encourage to apply.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Ability to work on a complete marketing campaign with minimal supervision
• Collect and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors
• Develop value propositions and brand messaging
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  
  

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media Art, English, or another related field
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

Physical Requirements:

• Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment.
• Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (that is, working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
• Ability to use a telephone, access file cabinets, receive and ship customer products
• Ability to sit for periods of time
• Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
• Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
• Ability to lift to up to 10 lbs.
