Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Factors Specialist located in North Carolina, United States. The Senior Human Factors Specialist will be responsible for conducting and overseeing human factors research, usability testing, and the development of human factors documentation. Responsibilities include designing user studies, analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product safety and usability.
Qualifications
- Human Factors research, Usability Testing, and Study Design skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop detailed reports
- Experience in regulatory compliance and human factors documentation
- Strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Master's or PhD in Human Factors, Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus
