Scientist, Cell Therapy responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Scientist, Cell Therapy responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supports cell therapy group by applying a variety of GMP analytical methodologies for cell therapy products.
- Performs experiments, data processing, and presents results to internal departments and in technical reports.
- Communicates scientific findings, provides status updates on assigned tasks in one-on-one discussions and within the project team and department meetings.
- Contributes to the functions of the laboratory including ordering, organization, chemical and equipment monitoring, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience with flow cytometry, microscopic technologies e.g. live cell imaging and high-resolution microscopy, and droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (ddPCR).
- Experience with cell therapy analytical methods (flow, cell counting, cell size, viability) and cell maturation is required.
- Experience with problem-solving and instrument trouble-shooting
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to write and review SOPs, technical reports.
- Bachelor degree in chemistry, biology, or other related degree concentration
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of GMP requirements
