Job Description
The individual will assist with early formulation screening to assess the protein stability profile. That includes the preparation of different buffer formulations at different pH and testing the different formulations with the desired protein in terms of different parameters like (protein purity using HPSEC analysis, MFI, DLS, etc.).

- Utilize chromatographic, electrophoresis, and spectroscopic methods to support in-process sample testing.
- Independently support ongoing studies and high-level activities
- Sample preparation
- Data analysis
- Data summary
- Report results
The successful candidate is expected to have:
- Good understanding of chromatographic, electrophoresis, and spectroscopic (UV, Vis) techniques
- Experience with particle analysis (MFI, HIAC) and protein analysis (HPSEC, Total Protein)
- Ability to perform lab-scale protein purification/expression method
- Knowledge of protein chemistry; protein and analytical chemistry
- Experience with mammalian cell culture is a bonus but not necessary
- A basic understanding of CAD is advantageous
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work within a team and also in cross-functional setting
- Familiar with SOP and GxP requirements.
- Bachelor’s of Science in a related field with 1 years of experience
- 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Recruiter
- 60 Minute Virtual Interview with Group Leader/Site Manager
