Job Description
Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Compensation range is $28.50-30/hr based on experience.

Job Description
- Support projects and development of tools generally focused on technical activities and client operations.
- Reviews data associated with product impact assessments, department reports, and technical evaluations
- Performs data review of scientific investigations (EOE & DNF)
- Coordinates data entry/collection and review assignments
- Manages data entry process into electronic systems (Excel, PRIMR, databases)
- Ensures compliance with SOPs; reports any quality or other anomalies
- Participates in required training activities
- Coordinates, supports, and monitors performance of team through quality metrics while ensuring client deadlines are met
- Coordinates with client contacts to communicate status of deliverables, determine priorities, and set timelines.
- Set individual and team goals to develop the scope of work and responsibilities of the team
- Manage time off and payroll entries of the team
- May participate in new hire interviews
- Supports the on-boarding process of new employees
- Participates in training of other employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, mathematics, or related discipline
- Relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries preferred
- Professional leadership experience
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask
- Can perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracy
- Candidates located within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply.
