Job Description
Instrumentation Scientists support our Downstream Processing area where they will:
- Monitor all AKTA AVANT instruments and ensure AKTAS are properly signed out by end user
- Restart of AKTA computers when needed
- Address any safety emergencies with instruments
- Ensure laboratory assets are in working order
- Provide training on instrumentation as needed
- Serve as coordinator for pH/conductivity meters
- Maintain SoloVPE instrumentation
- Assist in the relocation of equipment to other lab areas, assist in lab closures/openings as needed
Qualifications
- Completed bachelors degree in a scientific concentration
- Experience working with chromatography systems and analytical instrumentation
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
