- Dispensing materials
- Handling hazardous materials with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Following and maintaining sterile environment procedures
- Ordering and maintaining material supplies
- Use of several software systems
- Coordinating and communicating with teams
- Maintain and order supplies
- Electronically file paperwork
- Regularly lift 50lb
- Work can start as early as 6AM.
- Experience with aseptic technique
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Proficiency in IT related skills such as Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc
- Bachelor's degree in science (microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, etc.), or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
