Job Description
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Production and Technical Innovation, the Survey and Data Analyst plays a crucial role in survey research, programming, data processing, as well as analysis and report creation. This role is an analytical and technical partner to other teams, working on many research projects at a time. In addition, the team collaborates with the Operations and Recruiting teams to create an efficient and effective research project resulting in high quality data and results.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Data processing:Work with the design team and client care team to ensure final deliverables match expectations and can answer the research objective
Review and clean the data
Process the data and create data tables
Report creation:Create and update PowerPoint report templates
Populate reports
Quality check reports
Collaborate across teams to innovate and improve PowerPoint report templates
Data upload and integration:Ensure consistent data upload to the Data Intelligence Database
Program and quality check surveys:Review surveys for clear programming needs
Send surveys to outside programming team, answer questions, and quality check work
Occasionally program screener and questionnaire surveys with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Problem solve ways to set up the survey to capture data efficiently and effectively for the respondent, client, and research team needs
Implement the recruitment plan including creating quotas and sessions
Manage fielding of online surveys and home use tests to ensure quotas and goals are met on time
Work with outside programming and sample provider vendors/partners based on the needs of the test
Close and reconcile projects after the test day
