Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-kept environment.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- May escort, coordinate and supervise general contractors or outside repair personnel.
- Requesting supplies and equipment.
- Performs routine and complex maintenance and repair of building and support equipment.
- Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on support equipment.
- Evaluates and makes repair recommendations on building equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Work location may vary in Columbia, Missouri. (two sites)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of general facility experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates who live within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
