What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Trainer position at Eurofins USA BioPharma Services?
Job Description
- Deliver laboratory induction training to all new joiners
- Develop and deliver technical scientific training / training courses according to the needs of the different departments;
- Collaborate with operational leads in developing / delivering new courses;
- Provide support on training matters during audits and inspections
- Communicate and escalate training updates to next management level as required
- Ensuring that all training schedules are running as planed and taking proactive action to ensure same.
- Perform training daily, face-to-face or virtual
- Work side-by-side with current trainers to share training responsibilities and work load
- Develop additional training curriculum and training resources to be utilized within the department in cooperation with current trainer
- Report to management routinely on progress of new hires and maintain daily progress logs for each new hire
