Job Description
Facilities Specialist-Shuttle Driver - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drive shuttle with passengers around the campus.
- Conduct safety check of interior and exterior of vehicle
- Assist with keeping the property clean by assisting with trash that accumulates on the campus grounds.
- Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of shuttle. Occasional exterior brush washing / rinsing of shuttle.
- Deliver mail/packages to buildings
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Flexibility with schedule
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, positive attitude, and always conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner
- Ability to follow instructions, learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records and comply with company policies
- Low absenteeism and tardiness.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 21yrs of age with 3yrs driving experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsors
Additional Information
Position is a part time Monday-Friday, 3pm-7pm, with additional hours as needed. Candidates within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
