What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scientist position at Eurofins USA BioPharma Services?
Job Description
- Perform analytical testing of various attributes of materials used in the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals and therapeutics. Materials range from pure chemical compounds to complex biological components.
- Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to, various chromatographic, spectrometric, potentiometric, gravimetric and electrophoretic equipment, as well as perform a variety of immunochemical assays, wet chemistry, and colligative and physical attribute testing.
- Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis
- Document work as required for GMP compliance
- Perform maintenance of laboratory equipment

Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Cary, NC are encouraged to apply.
