Job Description
We are looking for a Client Service / Project Manager with an educational or industry biological science background who would like to work in a client facing, account management role within our Eurofins’ Discovery division. This is an excellent opportunity to be the global client voice for client related communications, study management and identifying process improvement needs.
We are open to an employee being at the Fremont CA area or San Diego CA site
Qualifications
We are looking for a Client Service / Project Manager with an educational or industry biological science background who would like to work in a client facing, account management role within our Eurofins’ Discovery division. This is an excellent opportunity to be the global client voice for client related communications, study management and identifying process improvement needs.
Duties and Responsibilities will include :
- Participate with inbox triage and coordinating activities with colleagues.
- Work directly with customers on transactional sales and with Eurofins Business Development team to qualify service opportunities and define project objectives in a timely fashion.
- Read, interpret and edit contract language (e.g. Service Agreement and Task Orders / Statements of Work).
- Draft work plans and provide pricing estimates using pre-approved templates in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including :
Quoting : prepare project quotes for standard service offerings using internal ERP systems.
Provide limited technical support as needed both before a project is quoted and after a study has been completed.
The Client Services Representative may :
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ) :
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.
Education / Experience (BMQ) :
In vitro assays, especially in the areas of target-focused cell-based assays, like GPCRs or biochemical assays like kinases and bromodomains / epigenetics
Ability and / or Skills (BMQ) :
100 projects at any given time in a fast-paced work environment.
