Job Description
Eurofins Analytics is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager for our Industrial Hygiene laboratory. The ideal candidate is adaptable and thrives in a changing environment, brings new ideas and fresh perspectives and has technical lab knowledge. Building strong rapport and trusting business relationships with clients is essential. This role will also manage the Project Management team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Laboratory’s primary client representative.
- Establishes Project Management department annual goals.
- Oversees Project Managers and provides business guidance.
- Facilitates client conflict resolution.
- Complies with Quality Assurance requirements.
- Assigns Project Managers to clients / projects.
- Monitors Project Management workload and reassigns client projects as needed.
- Work with Operations to meet monthly revenue goals.
- Works closely with Operations to monitor lab capacity.
- Provides general sales support to Account Executives for business development activities.
- Attends marketing, trade shows, or conferences in support of Sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings.
- Recommends and implements sales strategies to support and grow client accounts.

Salary range : $65,000 - $85,000 / yr depending on experience.
