Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

Shipping and Receiving :  Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies

Inventory Management :  Maintain inventory and stock levels for lab consumables, outbound shipping kits, kitchens, bathrooms, office supplies. Ensure warehouse space is organized

Physical Handling :

• Physically handle products, load / unload packages, and transport products using hand carts or pallet jacks.
• Prepare, pack, and ship supplies to be sent to customers resultant from daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual orders as requested by customers, CES, Sales, and per LIMS schedules
• Ensure that UPS Deliveries are prepared for afternoon pick up

Data Entry :  Accurately enter shipment information into the LIMS system

Collaboration :  Work closely with warehouse personnel, customer service representatives

Driving :  Drive to UPS, FedEx, and USPS locations to pick up samples

Lifting :  Able to lift and move heavy objects

Continuous Improvement :  Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
