Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams coordinating incoming and outgoing clients' samples. In addition, the CSR will greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal / external customers.
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming / outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.
- Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Provide additional support to the Customer Service team, courier service and internal groups.
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls when needed.
Qualifications
This position is subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All accepted applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR :

Additional Information
Compensation : $24-26 / per hour (Salary is commensurate with experience and degree of technical expertise.)
