Job Description
- Document and maintain detailed records using an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN).
- Perform techniques such as protein conjugation, purification, and characterization.
- Operate laboratory equipment and instruments in adherence to laboratory SOPs and safety training
- Assess the biophysical and biochemical properties of assay reagents while ensuring compliant documentation of reagent preparations.
- Support accurate and compliant record keeping and experimental data integrity
Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. in a scientific concentration with 2-4 years of experience or a M.S. with 1-3 years of experience, or the equivalent training/experience.
- Basic knowledge of protein and its properties
- Aseptic technique
- Protein purification (Gravity chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Protein A chromatography, Desalting chromatography)
Preferred skills:
- SEC-HPLC
- LC-MS
- FPLC (AKTA)
- SDS-PAGE
- Nanodrop
- BCA assay

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
