Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, inventory management, and order processing in compliance with GMP standards
- Execute sample collection, management, and discard processes for inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure system inventory accuracy
- Comply with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations
- Report potential quality events or non-conformance to GMPs/SOPs promptly
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure operational continuity
- Be prepared for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25lbs and standing for extended periods
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree with 3-5 years of related Warehouse experience or High School Diploma and 5-7 years of related Warehouse experience
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and following SOPs
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and comfort with walking and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Quick learner adaptable to new processes and tasks
Additional Information
Position is first shift, full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am-5pm or 12pm-8:30pm) is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
