Job Description
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI & Power Automate)
- Provide software application support and troubleshooting to users and work closely with IT professionals to deliver new user requirements and features of existing applications
- Provide business process support by analyzing and recommending solutions to business processes in order to improve overall business performance
- Ensure proper integration and optimization across related systems
- Understand business process flow and design
- Suggest areas for business process improvement
- Develop solutions to meet new requirements
- Work with internal customers and providing timely applications support and troubleshooting
- Act as liaison between application users and Information Technology professionals
- Evaluate practices and processes to ensure applications fit client's needs
- Manage competing requests and track varying stakeholder needs
- Drive IT related company initiatives and projects to successful completion
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- At least one year of process improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or another related science or engineering curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to focus on the big picture as well as be detail-oriented
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Capability to learn new software functionality and systems
- Understanding of business process flow and design
Additional Information
Position is full-time, working (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM), overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
