JOB PURPOSE

This position is to define and execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate merchandise to meet those needs; concentrate on data collection and analysis of sales-rated and market information and statistics in order to accurately and effectively plan B2B interactions; produce proactive action plans that increase sales, market share and brand awareness of company products in the retail markets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Determine hearth market for NA, analyze where our products could be utilized (even if other applications) and devise a commercial strategy to grow the NA Fire sales.

Establish demand, forecast and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts; evaluate each account’s business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue and profitable growth.

Identify prospective customers, establish contact to define buying cycles, needs, and create and grow relationship.

Prepare sales information for customers, identify revenue opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, business development and support.

Collaborate with Product team to identify and develop innovative products tailored design according to customers requirements.

Owner of sales process from getting PO, order creation in system, delivery follow up and after service.

Oversee projects associated with assigned Global accounts, including, but not limited to new development, community management, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.

Collaborate with development, marketing, support and QA to ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of solutions.

Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts ensuring a positive relationship. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on accounts’ progress for all project areas.

Handle customer changes with scheduling, determine quality when production has questions, organize repacking of product, push the proto process to assure OTD.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

RELATED EXPERIENCE: Five to seven years as product manager with business development experience, project leader in sales or sales support role, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.

OTHER SKILLS / ABILITIES

Excellent grammar and language skills, be able to communicate with all levels of employees, shareholders and vendors and have the ability to present in public.

Able to work as part of a team as well as individually need to be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and the people they encounter at work. Self motivation is key to this role.

Strategic / creative thinking to be able to understand customer (internal & external) needs deeply and offer solutions that effectively meet their requirements.

Business acumen and initiative, results driven, need to be able to manage multiple clients and assignments, and keep strategic plans on track.

Competencies in performance management, flexibility, collaboration and ethical conduct.

Organized to keep strategic account plans on track and be able to negotiate with customers.

Advance skills using Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Teams. (SAP environment working experience is a plus)

** This position requires to travel 30~40% of the time**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
