What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Analyst position at Euronet?

We are dedicated to developing new distribution capabilities that serve customers' changing needs through our retailer network, helping our brand partners meet consumers where they shop : in physical stores, online, via mobile devices or wallets and through ATMs.
We currently have an opening in Las Vegas, NV for a Quality Assurance Analyst working with one of our strategic Fintech partners. This is a full-time, permanent position. This position works in a collaborative environment to create business requirements, functional and technical design, facilitate portfolio management and participate in QA activities.
- Work with product owners to create detailed requirements and functional design for software development requests.
- Collaborate with product owners and business users, help them navigate the portfolio management process and the software development process.
- Proactively document and communicate any changes to business requirements and / or system limitations that may affect the end deliverable.
- Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes.
- Use a variety of tools and troubleshooting skills, to successfully test document, certify, debug, and sustain the company’s software releases.
- Work with Sales, Account Management, Product Operations, IT Developers, Finance, and Network Engineering personnel to ensure successful software quality assurance.
- Create automation test for API’s and Frontend.
