We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our Corporate Internal Audit team. If you enjoy assessing IT and security risks, collaborating with global teams, and driving audit initiatives, this role is for you. The position is hybrid and based in Leawood, Kansas or Little Rock, Arkansas.

- Lead General IT Controls audits, working closely with process owners and external auditor s
- Develop and grow security and operational audit program s
- Identify IT and security risks and evaluate internal control framework s
- Provide SOX IT guidance and help mitigate risk s
- Review and assess internally developed applications pre-deploymen t
- Document audit findings and prepare reports for senior managemen t
- Support timely remediation of audit findings and action plan s
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support risk assessment s
- Assist in operational reviews, internal investigations, and management request s
- Enhance the company's data analytics and robotics audit progra m
- Help recruit, onboard, and train Internal Audit staf f
- s
- 2-6 years of experience in public accounting or internal audit, focusing on IT controls and securit y
- Hands-on experience with SOX 404 IT audit s
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or computer scienc e
- Familiarity with various technologies, security tools, and development method s
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA, ISO27001, NIST CSF )
- Experience in the financial services industry or with international operations is a plu s
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skill s
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote settin g
