Amazon Channel Expert

EuroOptic, America’s largest sport optics online retailer, needs an experienced and organized individual with exceptional attention to detail to perform routine tasks to support the operations of our Amazon business. This is a full-time, in-person office job at our headquarters in Muncy, PA. Relocation assistance can be provided to exceptionally qualified candidates. Candidate's preferred start date is early March 2025.

We are SFP-eligible, enrolled in SAS, and our Amazon Account Health Rating is 1,000/1,000.

JOB DUTIES

· Create FBA shipments using standard Send To Amazon workflow

· Build Amazon pages individually, in bulk via populating and uploading templates, and with software

· Troubleshoot various Amazon issues via support cases and Issue Assistance

· Resolve suppressed page issues

· Respond to policy violations

· Produce Excel reports

· Self-educate on all aspects of Amazon Seller Policy and maintain knowledge of current policy and changes

· Other related tasks as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Amazon Seller Central experience – at least 1 year general experience with Amazon

· Excel, intermediate to advanced proficiency. Know Vlookups, pivot tables and basic retail math.

· Exceptional writing ability, candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and Amazon personnel

· Exceptional eye for written detail, and the ability to spot and correct errors

· Photoshop or other image editing software basic proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience creating Amazon pages in bulk via templates, or via software like Feedonomics or Salsify that can create detail pages via feeds

· eBay and/or Walmart.com selling experience

· NetSuite experience

· Photoshop graphic design, ability to create infographics for web use to describe and sell products

· Programming/writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks

· Familiarity with firearms, sport optics, archery, hunting, camping, and fishing

· Experience developing products and retail brands

· Studio product photography

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
