Job description
Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.
Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Room Attendant. The ideal candidate will be organized, have an eye for attention to detail, a minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience and a strong work ethic.
Housekeeper Reports to:
- Guest Services Manager
Responsibilities Specific to Housekeeper:
- Possess and live Europa Village core values.
- Strips bedding and removes all dirty linen from beds and bathrooms. Replaces with fresh, clean linens.
- Cleans, dusts, sanitizes all areas of guest room.
- Cleans bathroom, including shower, shower walls, toilet, sink, floor mirror and faucets with appropriate cleaning agents.
- Vacuums and mops floors of guest room.
- Transports soiled linens to the laundry area.
- May assist with laundry.
- Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
- Arrive to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate shoes.
- Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
- Be hospitable and welcoming. Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
