Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.
Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Room Attendant. The ideal candidate will be organized, have an eye for attention to detail, a minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience and a strong work ethic.
Housekeeper Reports to :
Guest Services Manager
Responsibilities Specific to Housekeeper :
Possess and live Europa Village core values.
Strips bedding and removes all dirty linen from beds and bathrooms. Replaces with fresh, clean linens.
Cleans, dusts, sanitizes all areas of guest room.
Cleans bathroom, including shower, shower walls, toilet, sink, floor mirror and faucets with appropriate cleaning agents.
Vacuums and mops floors of guest room.
Transports soiled linens to the laundry area.
May assist with laundry.
Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
Arrive to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate shoes.

Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
Be hospitable and welcoming. Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
