Supply Chain Systems Manager will oversee the management and optimization of the ERP system for a team responsible for the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order entry, allocation, shipping, and invoicing. This role requires a strategic thinker with moderate technical expertise, operational acumen, and leadership skills to enhance business operations, ensure data integrity, and drive high efficiency across the organization. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Warehouse, EDI, and Import, to support seamless integration of systems and processes, ensure timely delivery of orders, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Management & Support
- Become the product owner and expert of the ERP system, ensuring its alignment with business processes.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP system and support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of ERP features.
Operations Systems
- Oversee the order lifecycle for all retail accounts, ensuring adherence to established systems from order entry to invoicing.
- Monitor the progress of open orders, ensuring compliance with timelines and on-time delivery through systemized tracking and escalation protocol.
- Ensure all customer-specific requirements, such as routing, ASN/UCC compliance, and BOL preparation, are consistently met.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to validate the accuracy and timely processing of shipping documents, including packing lists and shipping labels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain strong lines of communication with Sales, Import, EDI, and Warehouse teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and address inventory accuracy, allocations, and general inquiries.
- Provide support for sales order revisions and creation from production orders.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and leverage the ERP system and operational strategies to drive efficiency.
- Review open order reports, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates on shipments and order statuses.
- Ensure all backup shipping documents are uploaded into the system in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ERP systems; AMT ERP experience is a significant plus.
- Previous experience managing a team in operations or distribution.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP), Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of EDI X12, ASN/UCC, routing, and BOL preparation is a plus.

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
