Responsibilities and Qualifications
This role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the President of European Imports. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional secretarial experience, preferably in a corporate setting, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining complete and accurate filing systems, including attendance records, expense reports, customer complaints, vendor/supplier contract information, purchase orders, projects, budgets, travel schedules, etc.
- Creating and running reports, analyzing data and information, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Arranging travel accommodations, answering phone calls, distributing incoming mail, copying, faxing, preparing express mail, and performing other administrative/secretarial duties as required.
